It is not common at all but sometimes things can go wrong. Like a delivery truck runs over a Firedragon on its way to you. But sometimes a fault can slip through the cracks at our factory and your product has an issue. In these instances we will refund or replace the item for you for up to 5 years, if you bought it from our site. Items bought elsewhere are subject to a standard 1-year warranty since it is not handled by our team and we can't guarantee how it has been handled. Proof of purchase is required for items bought from other locations.
